1. Services

MQB Retrofit Hungary provides independent digital software services, downloadable content and related tools for supported robotic lawn mower and Home Assistant environments.

2. Orders and payment

Prices and applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before purchase. Payment must be completed before access or delivery is provided unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically by download, activation or hosted access. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Compatibility

Customers should check stated model, firmware and software requirements before purchase. Compatibility information displayed with a product forms part of its description.

5. Acceptable use

Customers may not redistribute or resell licensed paid content without permission, or use the services in a way that unlawfully interferes with our systems or third-party systems.

6. Availability

Hosted features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or factors outside our control. We aim to restore service within a reasonable time.

7. Third-party trademarks

ANTHBOT and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MQB Retrofit Hungary is an independent developer and is not endorsed by those trademark owners.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
