Dedicated model handling
The integration includes isolated Pion/MGC detection and a flat-shadow normalization layer for Home Assistant status data.
Confirmed status data
The current implementation exposes confirmed cutting height, mowing progress and area, rain state, Wi-Fi/IP, path payload and firmware data when supplied by the mower/cloud.
Native schedules and start routing
Pion/MGC uses its own native schedule shape and start path. The integration preserves its one-appointment-per-day/full-lawn schedule behavior instead of applying Genie-only payloads.
Conservative capability policy
Unverified Pion/MGC setting writes and curpath decoding remain intentionally disabled until protocol and hardware behavior are confirmed.
